Events

Our receptions (yes, plural!) will be held in the gym at Bethany Lutheran Church. For the sake of social distancing, half of our guests are asked to attend before the ceremony, and half of our guests are asked to attend after the ceremony.

If you knew the bride first, please attend the open house reception before the ceremony (1:00-2:30).

If you knew the groom first, please attend the open house reception after the ceremony (4:00-5:30).

Please wear a face mask, and stay for as long as you are comfortable. Feel free to stay the whole time, sit with friends, take pictures at the photo booth, and enjoy some light snacks and sweets. If you feel safer just popping in for a quick hello and a treat-to-go, we understand and would love to see you! We aren't cutting cake, tossing a bouquet, or dancing--so no matter what time you arrive or how long you stay, you won't miss out on any events.

Our renewal of vows ceremony will take place in the sanctuary at Bethany Lutheran Church.

All guests are required to wear a mask, and for the sake of social distancing, seating will be assigned. Please find an usher to assist you in finding your seat.

Note on road construction: Cottage Grove Avenue will be closed from 1st Avenue to Forest Drive. If you are coming from 1st Avenue, please use Thompson Drive to access Bethany Lutheran Church.
