En anticipación a la boda, hemos creado este sitio web para compartir con ustedes un poco de nosotros y también información importante sobre la fecha de la boda.

This is the story of how sometimes the universe conspires in your favor for you to be at the right place at the right time for everything to happen.

Mónica and Lee two people who met without looking for it, without imagining it, from two different countries, from two different cultures, with two different languages, with totally different personalities, who had nothing in common and still met ... that is the magic of this universe.

Lee AKA the traveler was visiting Costa Rica 🇨🇷 In March 2017 in one of his trips and he ended up meeting Mónica through social media he wanted to have meet but she was in San José (the city) and he was in Jacó (close to the beach) it was his last day so sadly they couldn't meet each other.

Mónica though she wasn't going to hear from Lee never again but it turn out he went back to Costa Rica 2 weeks after and this time he stayed in the city. He let her know he was back and they finally meet each other for dinner at "Tintos y Blancos" a nice restaurant in Escazú. They laught and talked all night it was a good night.
Two days later they saw each other again to do a tour to La Paz Waterfalls and next day they saw each other to have lunch, everything was so easygoing, so perfect and it felt right but Lee had to go back to USA and Mónica stayed in Costa Rica.

In the next weeks they talk over video calls every day for hours, they share there experiences and opinions about whatever, they where like 2 pieces of a puzzle 🧩 so different but somehow they fit together perfectly.

After thinking about it Lee decided to invite Mónica on a trip to México and to his surprise she said yes, they had the most amazing time there in Cancún, it was here when they realized they have feelings for each other and it was also there when they knew they share a passion for traveling, after that they visited Colombia together, Cuba, Los Cabos, Las Vegas, Miami, Guatemala, they even visited California with there daughters and everything was perfect.

One year later, while they were vacationing in Bocas del Toro (Panama) Lee decided it was the right time to pop the Big Question, so he planned the whole thing in a romantic private island, it was magical and Mónica said yes and the rest is history... they continued traveling the world, loving each other and creating beautiful memories together.

Now is time for the End of the fairy tale (or at least the end of this chapter) and what better ending to a magical story than the Big Wedding and the famous "and they live happily ever after" (nothing is perfect but when you are in love everything feels like that). And we want you there to celebrate with us that moment in paradise.
