We have a room block reserved at the Villa Roma. The wedding will take place at the Clubhouse, which is up the hill from the hotel. There will be a shuttle taking everyone from the hotel to the wedding and back. Please be at the front circle of the hotel at approximately 4:25 pm for the shuttle to take you up.

Please note that the reservation deadline to secure your room at this rate is 2 months before the wedding, so by May 27. When you call at the number below to make your reservation, just be sure to mention that you are booking for the Updegrove Bivins wedding.

Other hotel options:

- The Western Hotel in Callicoon (Callicoon is a fun little town and this historic hotel has a lot of character);

- There are also lots of great airbnbs in the area;

- Resorts World Casino, which has a bus system from NYC. The casino is about a 35 minute drive from the wedding venue.

If you are coming up from NYC and renting a car, you can do so at Enterprise in Monticello, which is near the bus stop (there's a bus straight from Port Authority). It's walking distance, but if you are traveling at night, we recommend getting the Enterprise or a cab company to send someone to pick you up.

If you are not driving, there is a Coach USA Shortline bus that will pick you up in New York City or elsewhere and take you directly to the Villa. Schedules available on the Villa Roma website.

There is Uber. However, it can be a bit spotty in the country, so here are some backup services. If you are having one pick you up, we recommend scheduling pickup in advance.
