FIRST DATE: November 2009 - Game night, Jake beats Chelsea at her favorite game "rummy cube" (she is very impressed). Over the next year college is filled with amazing friends that become family, way too much drinking, game nights, and so much love.

MOVING IN TOGETHER: August 2010 - Jake's college roomate transfered and Jake asked chelsea to move in, there was no hesitation. Jake started doing the laundry and dishes and Chelsea cooked the meals and cleaned the bathrooms, living together has always been easy.

GRADUATE COLLEGE: May 2012 - Chelsea graduates college from WSU (go cougs!) with a degree in Early Learning and Jake finnishes his degree online so that they can move in together in Newcastle, WA. Jake Graduated May 2013 from WSU with a degree in Buisness Finance.

NEWCASTLE APARTMENT: May 2012 - The Newcastle apartment has water views of Mercer Island an amazing walking trail, a bar down the street, kind neighbors, and is right in the middle of Roy & Duvall where Jake's dad and Chelsea's family lived. Jake & Chelsea lived in this apartment for 5 years!

CHELSEA's CAREER: May 2012 - Chelsea interviews and get's her dream job as a preschool teacher in the Bellevue School District, her career continues to grow and after 5 years of teaching preschool is promoted to "Preschool Principal", the site supervisor for an early learning center in Bellevue, WA. Everyday shaping young minds, inspiring others, and coaching her team brings joy.

SPRING 2017 - Jake's dad has open heart surgery and Chelsea's dad is diagnosed with prostate cancer. Life was scary and both families leaned on one another and supported eachother through emotional and physical healing. Praise the lord everyone is doing amazing today.

1st HOUSE: May 2017 - 6 Bedroom, 2.25 Bathroom, jake found an amazing deal in a great neighborhood. It may by the stinkiest house on the block, but it is home. Jake becomes the master of all trades, with the coaching of both daddies by his side. The house is no longer stinky and is transforming to be one of the most beautiful.

PUPPY "Mini Coop" : August 2017 - Chelsea has asked Jake for a dog (specifically a long haired weiner dog) for over 5 years. Jake promised once they got a house she could have one. Chelsea found a dog posted online within 20 days of living in their new house and after a long discussion about potty training in a construction house, jake had to say yes.

JAKE's CAREER TAKES OFF: April 2017 - Jake is souring as a real estate agent. After finding our home with the help of Chelsea's real estate cousin, Jake becomes passionate about helping others hunt for deals, investments, and their dream home. He quickly becomes one of the top agents in his company.

THE PROPOSAL: December 1st 2018 - Jake asks Chelsea to marry him overlooking Bellevue and Seattle from Newcastle Golf Course.

PLANNING THE WEDDING - Chelsea has been planning their wedding on a 5 page word spreadsheet for a couple of years, planning the wedding has been a breeze. She even heard jake say "who said planning a wedding was hard". We look forward to shairing our dream filled day with all of you!
